Mountain Adventure Cont'd...

We now have internet! Thanks to a great deal of persistence from Bo. It's much easier to blog on the computer than having to do it on my phone. Knox and I are having a splendid time on our Mountain Adventure 2010 and now we have more pics to prove it!

Vail, like Park City, has had beautiful weather and we are so happy to be out of the Texas heat. The Vail house, however, is going through a bit of construction. Turns out it was about to fall off the side of the mountain or something like that. So we have plastic on most of the windows and a stream of workmen. It literally kind of feels like you are in a giant bubble.  Our only complaint is that the workmen seem to have an uncanny ability to pick nap time to really get started on their work...especially the really loud stuff...great way to tick off lots of mammas is to wake their babies!

Last night we had a special treat and our new friend Mary's husband, who is a chef, came over and cooked an incredible meal for us. It was so nice to have a great meal cooked by someone else and not have to get babysitters or super dressed up!

For lunch today we walked into Vail Village and the kids got to play in the creek and the children's fountain before we headed to Sapphire for lunch. We ate lunch on the patio...with 4 highchairs. Shockingly enough we made it through the whole meal without incident.

Now everyone is napping and Brooke, Lauren and I are going to Zumba on the deck. The golfers have no idea what a treat they are in for. I have a feeling it's going to be more of me wheezing slumped over trying to catch my breath in this altitude than channeling Shakira.

We are excited because tonight Bets gets here and then tomorrow Bebe, Gracie, Caroline and Katie.

However, We really do miss Daddy!
